Nathan came up with a cost analysis which we agreed we liked. Listed the property and an offer came in within a week. Sewer had to be upgraded, Nathan found a fair bid, and the work was done beyond expectation by bidder. Nathan never seemed to be too busy when we had other questions or concerns.—chuy318
